Q: I’m in California and you’re in North Carolina, can we still work together?

A: Yes. I’m currently working with out-of-state clients using email, fax, telephone, and the United States Postal Service.

 

Q: Can you start on my project right away?

A: The length of time between your request and the time I start on your project depends on several things including the nature and complexity of your project, agreement on expected outcomes, and my current workload at the time of your request.

 

Q:  What kind of turnaround time can I expect?

A. Turnaround time depends on several variables. We will agree on a completion date after we discuss the details of your project.

 

Q: How much will my project cost?

A: The cost of your project is determined by its nature and complexity. Once I know  your project details, I can quote a price for its completion.

 

Q: Do you ask for money up-front?

A. Yes. One third of the total amount is required to begin your project; one third is required upon receipt of the draft. The final third is due upon completion of the project.

 

Q: What if I want to make revisions?

A: Two opportunities to make revisions are built into each project. I provide a draft on which revisions can be made; then I do a final draft prior to closing the project.
